Hi,
I purchased a WD 2TB Caviar Green 2 weeks ago. Everything was working fine until a few days ago.
With this drive attached my computer takes 5-10 minutes to boot, and it doesn’t recognise the drive in cmos. Once booted into Windows and going into Computer Management I have tried to initialize the disk only to recive this error: " The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error."
I have also downloaded the Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics software from the WD site and ran the diagnostics and got the following results:

I also have data on this drive that is most probably lost or corrupted, any ways to recover those files?
It looks to me that this drive has to be sent for RMA.
Please help.
