Very recently i purchased a Caviar Green 2TB hard drive. Initially i had a Seagate hard drive and i thought of using this as a secondary drive. The hard drive model number s seen in BIOS setup but its not specifying memory. And its niether displayed in disk management. Do i need any drive software for dis?.. Kindly suggest me wt to do !!!

What’s the model number on your drive?
Check the specifications on your motherboard and make sure that it supports the drive.
If is a SATA II or SATA III confirm that the motherboard supports those connections, if not, you can always downgrade the speed of the unit to make it compatible with your PC.

At present am running my OS in Windows-7 32 bit. Will dis be an issue??.. I guess the motherboard supports the drive as the hard drive disc spins initially !!
