Audio won't work

Hi there,

Just trying to play an MP4 video file which seems to have an AAC audio codec from what it shows on the display.

The video works fine but audio won’t come up.

Isn’t this device supposed to support this audio format?

Here is the output of the file info…

Can’t help you much, but I have the same issue with an .mp4 file and it freezes as well.  The link is below.  I checked several other .mp4 files I have that I know play the whole way through with no issue and they have ACC Audio as well.  Hope this helps in the end.

If you’re using HDMI, make sure that you have DESELECTED AAC in the audio settings.

If you’re NOT using HDMI, make sure you set the audio mode to STEREO.

Hi Tony,

Not using HDMI, so switched to Stereo and working now!

Thx again!
