I purchased a desktop through vigor computing with WD hard drives. The drives failed. Vigor is no longer in business. The drives supposedly have a one year manufacturer’s warranty. It is less than one year since purchase. Will you replace?
The computer manufacturer is Vigor gaming computing.
VIGOR IS OUT OF BUSINESS.
Will WD support its drive or not? In other words, how good is WD’s customer service? Because if a drive has to be replaced, what incentive to I have to buy WD again if it won’t support the manufacturer’s warranty?
