I just experienced this message while trying to obtain an RMA for one of my listed and registered drives:
“Your account has been set up as a WD Reseller. If you would like to create an RMA online as a reseller, please go to the Reseller Home Page”
I am an end user, not a reseller, with a bunch of WD drives registered. Please help me correct this so I can return the failed one. Thank you!
