Hi, I am currently migrating all of my data from a EX4100 to a PR4100, using the FTP downloads app and transfer is working fine.
On my EX4100 I simply use my WIndows Explorer to access/move/delete files on the NAS - no issues. But on the PR4100 I am now getting an error saying “You require permission from WDMyCloud\nobody to make changes to this file”.
I have seen this issue posted previously but with no solution.
