You don't have permission message from the WD My Cloud app

Can someone please assist with a "You don’t have permission’ message when trying to save photos or videos using the WD My Cloud app on an iPhone 6. I get the following results when trying to save the file:

You don’t have permission.
The file “XXX_101.JPG” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it.

Hi, you are trying to save from the WD My Cloud to the iPhone or from the iPhone to the WD My Cloud?

Hello Iluna,

I am trying to save from the iPhone to the WD My Cloud attached storage and directly to the WD My Cloud device.

I was hoping that some insight could be provided on this issue. I have attached a couple of screen captures for the permission message (after navigating to the shared folder and then selecting “save”) and another for the details of the shared folder with a temp.ts file.

temp.ts - anyone got some insight, thanks in advance.
