Since WDs rollout of the latest firmware I’ve endured one problem after another and yep i have downgraded to an earlier version of the firmware. The thing has now decided to switch to a non UK time and the BBC iplayer etc is no longer listed. I’ve tried resetting the device, but it doesn’t restore UK settings. Why oh why did I part with cash for this [Deleted]
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

thanks for this, though I’ve sorted out this issue - I had changed the DNS settings on my router and as soon as I had cleared these and rebooted the device, the UK services were restored on the WD. So yes, as things turned out this wasn’t a firmware issue but I still share the views made by others re’ the quality of 2.02.32
