Yet another RMA stuck in "Pending Return"

Alright people, you know the deal by now, just another guy that’s stuck in “Pending Return” hell.
Sent in my package on 23. Dec, according to tracking, it arrived on the 30. Dec.

Already disputed the return status (with picture proof of the tracking & the receipt from the postal office) and contacted support, but there’s absolute radio silence from WD.

My RMA # is 0060234428 in case someone at WD sees this, cause I’d love to get my SSD back so I can finalize my PC.

I did that several times, even called support hotline.
I was told that it should be sent out soon, but status is still “Pending Return”.

I hope it was really sent out and they just forgot to update the status, else this is ridiculously bad support.
