Hi I’m getting the yellow light after initialising drive. It’s blue for about 20sec then turns yellow:
Tried reset button for 4 seconds
Tried different 12v power plug.
Tried different Ethernet cable
The ethernet light on the back flashes fine anyway but then I can’t access the dashboard - I doesn’t look like it’s an attached device in the router settings at all, which leads me to think it’s an issue with the unit itself and I don’t have a computer so can’t do anything that way I only use Android / IOS. Any ideas? Something I’m considering is if I were to eject the drives and place them in a newer duo model would all be ok again. Thanks…
