XBOX One won't show all video files

Hello

Having a hard time. Trying to get my cloud 6 tb to show all video files. Video files are in the right format and will play if I put them on USB and play from there. Missing about half the files. Any ideas?

Also, all videos will show up on mobile app

Which Xbox?
How are you viewing files?
Sometimes hardware support different video file types depending on the connection method.
IE: HDMI, USB, DLNA, Samba, Ethernet or Wi-Fi
