Xbox "Access denied" message

Hi All

I have been using my WD World Edition 1TB drive to store photos videos and pictures.  Until very recently it worked perfectly using my xbox however I now get an error message “access denied”.  I can access the drive from all other computers on the network.  I don’t know whether the problem is with the drive or the xbox but I would appreciate any feedback that anyone can give

Sounds like some kind of permission issue.  I wouldn’t know how to help you, but maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
