Xbox 360 showing movies with lag

This didn’t happen a few days ago but yesterday I tried playing some movies from my book live to my xbox 360 and there is a lag on video and audio… the files work just great on my laptop so the files don’t seem to be corrupted when I move them from my laptop to my book live. Right now I believe I am using Twonky to share the files on Xbox 

Any suggestions??

Hi, have you tried playing the video directly from a USB memory connected to the 360?

Yeah but I got my book live with the main purpose to store all my movies and being able to play them to the xbox. I feel like my book live is being overcloaked for some reason, it makes plenty of noise while I try to play the movies.
