Wrong "Link Speed" --> no access

I changed the “Link Speed” to 1000Mbit/sec but my router support only 100Mbit/sec. So I dont have any access anymore.

Can someone give me some advise what to do?

Changed the link speed? Where did you make the change? In the My Cloud, the router, or the computer?

I changed it in the Dashboard from the WD MyCloud. And now it the NAS has no Connection anymore so I can’t get to the Dashboard and reset it to 100Mbit/sec.

What My Cloud model do you have?

Have you tried to reset the My Cloud using the reset button? For the single bay My Cloud model, the general subject of this subforum (My Cloud), one can perform a 40 second reset to reset most My Cloud Dashboard settings back to default values.
