I use a WD Elements 2TB drive connected to a Netgear C6300 router via USB 3 cable. When I first connected the drive and created a file on it from my PC, the file’s creation date was 1/1/2000. The date has incremented daily but is still wrong. Where is the drive getting its date? How can I set the date?

I have no tried this, but perhaps the date on the router is not setup correctly and this is why it shows up this way, lets see if another user can share some information or tips on this matter.
