Wrong country on WD Support portal :(

I accidentally selected the United Arab Emirates instead of my home country, the United Kingdom on the Western Digital Support portal. I can’t seem to change it. How do I get this changed?

I’ve been to the page for United Kingdom and it still refers me back to the portal!

Support has to help you with this one.  I’ve referred you to them. So someone should be contacting you by pm or email.

Support just changed your country to the UK.  You should be good now.


I have a similar issue. I made an account, chose my country (Romania) but somehow I have United States listed as my country in my profile. Can that be changed?
