Write protect removal

What I did works on W7 64bit.

Goto Device manager

uninstall all drivers (drive, wd ses etc)

disconnect drivedisconnect from the internet (important!)

disconnect drive

reboot

drive driver will install but the WD SES driver won’t (this must not be installed)

You should have drive access now.

Goto drive properties & select security, change permissions to full access on everything thats listed (just to make sure).
