connected a new WD8003FRYZ to my Win10 computer via digitus USB to SATA adapter.
Drive got recognize as new drive L. Trying to partition it I succeeded to change unallocated
space to an active partition. But only 1.3 TB got allocated. Is there any additional program that
needs to be run to allocate the rest of the disk space?
Could solve the problem. digitus adapeter is only specified for XP,Vista and win7.
The driver could not handle disks bigger than 2TB. Mounting the disk internally
and connecting it to the motherboard directly showed the additional diskspace and
after changing it from MBR to GPT could enhance the existing partition to full disk
capacity.
