Worst Service after sales


My 2Tb Passport EHDD is not working and raised a RMA [Deleted], I has to pickup by the courier guy but still it is liying with me. there is no response to the emails from customer support guys. The worst serivce, I won’t recommend this product to any one. You to do the same thing.

I too am peeved off.

Recently boyght 2TB MyBook. On arrival didn’t work (DOA) Appeared corrupted MBR

Made a RMA ticked and returned item to WD. Received a replacement last monday 25-2-2012 and that one has a broken switch. It stays on all the time so I have to unplug the power lead every time

Just disappointed with WD
