I Fried my unit 3 months ago. They asked me to return the whole unit. I did so and they gave me half the unit back stating there is no protective cover to protect the internal guts to the unit. The agent helping me doesn’t understand what I mean. They don’t want to give me the protective case. Any thoughts?
