Hi all, I have users who worked on a Word document and saved them to my WD MyCloud Mirror and 2 hours later when go back to search the file, the Word document is missing. Any ideas on this?
Is this only happening to a particular user or share? Is this behavior happening locally using direct file access, or does it happen remotely?
It’s happening to different users and its only coming from one shared volume. It’s only happens on direct file access.
