When I turn on my WD it starts to boot up then after a little while the TV screen goes blank then after another little while it comes on again trying to connect to internet then it shuts down and restarts. It continues doing this forever. If I plug my external hard drive into back of TV it works fine so I don’t think the problem is the hard drive. I hope someone knows what my problem is. Thanls

Did you try resetting your WD TV Live Hub?
I have 2 WD video players that do exactly the same thing. I have reset both
to no effect. Yesterday after connecting a different power supply it seemed
OK until I connected to Live TV Youtube and then it would turn off by
itself and occasionally when I moved to the next page of my external hard
drive index it would turn off and then reboot itself.
