Wireless & USB connection at the same time

Dear Sir,

My notebook A connect the Passport Wireless via USB cable. Notebook B would like to read the content of Passport Wireless via WIFI. May we know how to do that.

When these devices are plugged into a PC via a USB cable; the wifi functions are switched off and the drive works as a “simple” external USB drive.

To access from another PC; you would have to do standard file sharing from one PC to another. (details vary based on if it’s a Windows or Mac machine)

or DAS mode (Direct Attached Storage) which see you’ll see referenced in user manuals.
