First Hi when i put My Passport Essential SE (USB 3.0) the windows xp freeze and nothing work when i try pressing Ctrl alt delete nothing happen i try many things but nothing work but when i boot in windows 7 it work perfect i know there a problem with my windows xp but i need a solution to solve this please support me because i can not make a format. thanks.
