Windows Music Player to listen at music remotely

Hi all,

When I’m at home, I listen at my stored music from my laptop using Itunes, but when I’m away, what can I use to listen at my music when I’m connected to MyCloud from a browser? Is there a MyCloud Windows application that includes a media player?

I browsed the support site http://mycloud.com/learn/#mc_downloadI , but I don’t see a mycloud app for windows …

Is there a MyCloud Windows application that includes a media player? Not at the moment. You might be able to do that with a third party app.

If you are using a Mobile device, you can use the My Cloud Mobile App

Hi ERmorel,
I understand that WD doesn’t offer a media player for windows, but would you recommend (or only list) a 3rd party media player for windows.
Do you think that I could use VLC or Windows media player to listen at my music library?

I diownloaded VLC, and it seems that it can read an URL (“network flux”) , but it doesn’t seem to work… I cannot open the URL of my cloud (or I don’t copy the correct data/URL…)

Have you done that before ?
