Trying to do a Backup from my Windows 7 (x64) laptop to my WD MIrror drive, Windows mount works okay, Backup starts and runs for about 20 minutes then drive stops responding, backup fails, WD Mirror unit unable to be accessed (won’t even answer PING) without power reset. Local network has no other significant traffic.
No firmware updates available (so assume it is up to date).
Known problem? Diagnostic or solution suggestions?
