Windows Explorer No Response

Dear all,

If I connect my Win10 Notebook via direct LAN to my WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra, I can copy data without problems
But if I put the WD via cable on my Fritzbox 7530 and also my Notebook to the Fritzboix Im not able to copy data.
I tried this via Explorer ans also via external Tools like TeraCopy.

On Explorer I get: “No Response” after a few MB and on TeraCopy I get “Unable to read Source”.
My WD is no FW 5.15.106.

I copied all data from my old WD NAS in the constallation: New WD NAS == LAN Cable == Notebook == WLAN == Fritzbox == LAN == old WD NAS.
Thats working fine.
So I think the problem is to write data on the new NAS via Network (Fritzbox/WLAN)…
Reading and downloading files works fine.

Anyone have an idea?

(PS.: I see, that my WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra lost sometimes the network conenction).
