Windows Explorer Mapping User Problem

I have managed to setup two Users on one Laptop both with mapped drives sitting under Computer within Windows Explorer. No such luck with third User on a second Laptop! Although I managed to map the drive within Windows Explorer it gets a Red X every time I reboot the Laptop. The Red X can be cleared for each session, with access to the drive contents, by entering the User name (without any password as its not set within MyCloud). Even though I have ticked against ‘Remember My Credentials’ this appears to make no difference. Any guidance to help me resolve the issues on the setup of this second Laptop would be greatly appreciated.

The third user only is only accessing the unit from the second laptop ? I would also like to know if you have a password setup for this user.
