I installed a new hard drive and restored all files to their original locaiton using WD Anywhere Backup . The restore feature worked well however when I try to open a jpeg image (on either the new hard drive or the Passport), windows explorer stops working and restarts. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I tried to connect the drive to 2 differnet laptops and neither is recognizing it. Now I can’t get the restored computer to recognize it either. I deleted Windows Photoviewer completely from the machine and that solved the jpeg issue, but now I am at a loss for how to access the drive and get the computer to recognoze it.
