Windows Error Code 31: A device attached to the system is not functioning. I’ve been getting this alot today when I try to backup files to My Book Live using FreeFileSync. If I hit retry it works but it happens a lot. Does this mean something is wrong with my disk?

Do you get any other type of error messages when you try to transfer files manually?
