Windows cannot access \\MYCLOUD-XXXXXX

When i am trying to access mycloudex2ultra , i get error message"Windows cannot access \MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA" i tried all available troubleshooting steps from internet but none of them worked. Please help to fix this issue. I am using Windows 11 Version 24H2 OS build 26100-2033
