Thanks, but it doesn’t work for me. My problem is related to WD SES USB Device Driver!
there isn’t anyone help me?
Hi again. Check below for some troubleshooting steps you can try.
1-Run a test using DLG, this will rule out any hardware problems.
How to test a drive for problems using Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows
2-Be sure to use the USB cable that came bundled with the Passport, avoid using extension USB cables or USB hubs.
If the problem continues the data inside the Passport might be corrupted, if you need to recover your files try using a data recovery program, using Google you should be able to find several options. If you don’t need to recover your files, format the Passport from the disk management window. Check the links below for more information.

I checked it with another cable but it doesn’t work. I connected another Passport to my laptop and it worked correctly. About DLG test, it’s not available in WD DLG SMART Status and writes zeros failed, and also It can’t be initialized in Disk Management . So is it a hardware problem and I need to take it for repair?
