Windows can not find WD Ses USB Device driver

I have a WD My Passport Essential USB3 external hard drive.when it was connected to the laptop, my system went into Sleep Mode and I just got  separate hard drive from the computer …  Now the hard is not recognize to every system that I connect and  the SES driver cant be found. despite announcing hard is coonected throw usb and it is seen as Disk2  Disk Management , it is not dedicated a letter and it is not seen as a partition in My Computer.  I downloaded WD SES USB Device Driver and installed it but I still connect the drive  WD BAD PCB USB Device install  and the system during installation writes WD SES USB Device Driver not found. please help me prob.jpg

Hi again. Check below for some troubleshooting steps you can try.

1-Run a test using DLG, this will rule out any hardware problems.

2-Be sure to use the USB cable that came bundled with the Passport, avoid using extension USB cables or USB hubs.
If the problem continues the data inside the Passport might be corrupted, if you need to recover your files try using a data recovery program, using Google you should be able to find several options. If you don’t need to recover your files, format the Passport from the disk management window. Check the links below for more information.

I checked it with another cable but it doesn’t work. I connected another Passport to my laptop and it worked correctly. About  DLG test, it’s not available in WD DLG SMART Status  and writes zeros failed, and also It can’t be initialized in Disk Management . So is it a hardware problem and I need to take it for repair?
