Windows 8 WD App Stopped

Any idea why Win 8 App worked yesterday but today i have no compatible product .

I understand its not for this product  but it did work .

Would it be one of the updates i applied ??

Twonky Server Patch and WDMedia Server patch .

I sorry to hear that you dificulties with the app.

Try the following

  1. Open the  Windows Control Panel.
  2. Select  Devices and Printers.
  3. Find the My Book Live or My Book Live duo in the list and right-click it.
  4. Click  Remove Device.
  5. Click  Add a Device.
  6. Select the My Book Live or My Book Live Duo.
  7. Click  Next.
  8. The device will be added to the computer. When it has completed, click  Close.
