Windows 8.1 error: cannot access WD MyCloud

I can no longer access my WDMyCloud through File Explorer (Windows 8.1 OS). Always get this error message: “Windows cannot access \WDMYCLOUD”. At the same time though I have no access problem through the WD MyCloud application. This is of no value since I’m unable to save new documents to the cloud server.

Any suggestions?
