Chong is right. I am now using this software as well and it works fine, in my case I convert to “.ts” files. They play after a pause of about 7 seconds at high quality, Super!!

Still it would be better if “.wtv” files would play directly!

I have written a post to detailed how to get .wtv played wih WD TV Live Plus:

first, one-click to restore .wtv to .dvr-ms,

second, play .dvr-ms or convert it to more common format.
