Windows 7 can't see the WD TV Live Hub internal hard drive

Windows 7 can’t see the WD TV Live Hub internal hard drive with window explorer.  What I do see in the network area is an icon with the image of the device and when I click on it a web page is opened.  I also have an icon that says Twonky server.  What I don’t see is the internal hard drive of the device.  Please help.
