When the PC is started then he start WD HD also!

This is by default.
Windows will automatically send a command to the drive when connected.
You can safely eject the drive when is not in use.
Windows 7 Home Premium sees My Book as one of the Harddisdrives!
It is not listed as a device with removable storage media.
If this is by default then there must be a way to disable it.
How to fix this?
