No green light on front anymore.
Software so very slow.
Cloud Access - never up dates to show new person sign in.
Settings update- Oct 2019 on v04.05.00-342.
Have old phone that will not update. Should be over iso 11.
Have another user who wants to use Samsung phone and tells them the Network is down and off line.
Help please.
