Since when I upgraded my pc from Windows7 to Windows 10 my Portable Hard Disk is no longer recognized by the pc. When I plug in it, the light turns on but no hardware is detected by the pc.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, nothing shown under disk management

I have the same problem … i update firmware and do everything but nothing new
just one solution … downgrade from 10 to win 7
