Windows 10 no backup

My confidence in WD is waning. I purchased a new Ultra passport 2T and I can’t open the backup plan and there is a loop to keep updating that says it is but it isn’t.

I do have another passport installed. Did I confuse the machine?

I hate it when I have to pay for support services to install a new product.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this and it is free customer service. You don’t need to pay a single penny for support.
