I have two windows 10 client computers connected to a DX4000. The Launchpad will appear on the client PCs but the Dashboard will not load. I get a screen to load the password, then it tries to load, but just disappears from the screen after over 60 seconds. Same thing happens on both Windows 10 PC.
I can do a remote desktop into the DX4000 and all works perfectly. Even set up and perform a backup on both client computers. The only problem is when on the client computers the dashboard will not finish loading and display. I have uninstalled the connector and reinstalled and shut the firewall off on the client computers. No help. Any ideas? Thanks
