anyone else having issues after upgrading to Windows 10 and accessing their already networked MyCloud? A little insight would be greatful … might have to resort to calling into Tech Support.
*here is a tip for Canadian customers when calling Tech Support. Try the french Canadian support as atleast they can speak better french than India support. Sorry India but its sooooooo true. I couldnt be further away from french Canada as I live in Vancouver but I would much rather speak to french Canadian
