Windows 10 allow sonos to connect

HI,
I have a music folder on my MY Cloud but try as I might I just cannot get my Sonos to connect it seems there are a permission and access error coming for the Sonos windows 10 controller.
I do not want to move all music to the folder ‘shared’ so I am unsure how I give Sonos access to this folder using windows 10?
thanks

Sonos identifies My Cloud Share as a Sonos Music Library so it is required to add media content located in the My Cloud share. You can have a look on below link for more details.

Hi,
Thanks for answering, that means I’d need two versions of my music folder, one in the share and one in the mirrored folder.
I have now got a connection to my iTunes music folder by ticking the ‘share with other applications’ in the preferences location.
