I have an ASUS motherboard and an ASUS ThunderboltEX 3 card. I believe I have all of the motherboard settings correct and if there is only one G-Raid Thunderbolt 3 drive connected there are no issues. The problem comes when there are two devices chained together. With the computer booted up if you add the second device in the chain it will show up and everything is great.
The problem comes when you reboot. After the reboot only the end device in the chain is showing up in Device Manager, My Computer etc. BUT if you open the Thunderbolt utility is shows both devices BUT the G-Raid utility only shows one device. I have the latest BIOS for the motherboard 7/2017 and the latest version of Windows 10. Anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong?
