I have a problem with my 1TGB My Book Essential WD. I had reinstall my Windows and then I could not get access to the WD. The internet explorer display “CD drive (F)” . However when i click on it, the message error appear " F:/ application not found". Please help me, I put my all research proposal in it?
What OS are you using? Does the drive show in Disk Management or Device Manager? When you reinstalled did you update the USB drivers? Did you reinstall form a disk, restore partition or an Image that you made?
