WinDLG doesn't detect my physical WD disk

Hi,

I’ve 2 similar WD HD Caviar blue WD2500KS.

One (the slave) has a problem with its heads. It’s covered by the garantee.

First of all, I’m trying to diagnose the problem using WinDLG.

Windlg starts, is detecting all my logical drives, but no physical drive (neither the master, nor the problematic slave). What’s wrong ??

Thank for your help

If you’re using Windows 7, Win DLG won’t detect the physical drives.  DLG Diagnostics is not yet completely compatible with 7.
