That’s the extent of it… I recently bought a new computer and want to retrieve some of the files that I put on the NAS using my old pc. I occasionally get prompted for log-in credentials, but supplying them has no effect. 

 I have no problem acessing the administration applet.

Hi,

Check the settings on the new computer to make sure that you have all the permissions enable.

Also make sure that the new computer is on the same workgroup on your network.

Keep in mind that you have to map the drive on the new computer
