Having the same problem on one of two home computers. Not sure what clearing all “login credentials” means… Are we talking users?
Hi, if you are using Windows there is something called “Credential Manager” which saves all user logins and passwords for network drives and other services, you can go in there and remove any credential saved for the My Cloud.
