I installed win 8 and streaming from the normal win desktop works without any problem as before.
Also streaming media from the buffalo nas is perfect using serviio or win share.
I have been extremly pleased with the WDTV but now find I am unable to take advantage of the metro xbox music in win 8 as the WDTV is not appearing in the charm menu as a streaming device.
It is listed in devices as not certified by mircosoft.
Has anyone managed to overcome this problem?
Any help would be of value.
