Win 10 unable to use SMB2 or SMB3

Hello eveybody,

I just baught and started my MyClaud EX2 Ultra. The NAS is shown in the Explorer, but no shares are accessable. I followed this helpful and well described troulbleshooting (thanks for it at this point):

Access to My Cloud Shares Fail With “Error Code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found”

After many iterations and only if I switch back to SMB 1, it provides me the shares. This was a bit frustrating…

So, for me it seems like I cannot use SMBv2 or SMBv3. Does anybody have an idea what I should change? Does anybody face the same problem?

Thanks for any comments or help in advance.

You can enable SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support on Windows 10.
